Are the appointments that you make qualified appointments?
Yes - appointments are qualified according to your requirements. The person we make the appointment with, will know exactly why you are coming. If the appointment is a "no show", we will reshedule or replace the appointment.
Why do you use Linux instead of Mircosoft?
We actually use both Linux and Mircosoft. We focus more on Linux because it is a robust and affordable platform. With Linux, we are able to setup a fully functioning network infrasturucture at a fraction of the cost of a more "traditional" Microsoft environement.
Where are you located?
We are a "virtual" company. As such we can work from anywhere in the world were we have decent Internet connection. Having said that, we can support you physically on site if the need arises.
